Shipping Information

We endeavour to ship our products within 48hrs of being ordered (weekends excluded). Most of the time the orders will dispatch within a day of you ordering. However, there can be delays from the courier side. 

This is why we always send tracking information via your supplied email address so you can see exactly where your order is located. 

 

Domestic Shipping

Standard flat rate: $15 AUD

Express flat rate: $20.00 AUD

Orders over $200 AUD receive FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

 

International Shipping

Calculated at checkout based on individual items.

 

Refunds and Returns

As long as the product has not been opened or used, we allow returns and refunds on purchases made within 30 days. The customer will be responsible for the postage costs.

Please fill in a returns form prior to returning your product.

Once the returned product has been received, the refund will be issued via the Shopify platform which normally takes a few days to clear into your account.

 

All our products have 1 year warranty

If a product is faulty and the fault has occurred within the product’s warranty period, the faulty product can be returned to Elitech Australia for a replacement.

  • The return request must be made within the product’s warranty period from the date of sale.
  • Please fill in a returns form prior to returning your product.
  • Your customer’s invoice/receipt must be returned with the product to verify the date of purchase.
  • All components relating to the product must be returned.
  • The customer is responsible for the postage.

 

Shipping Errors

If we have accidentally sent you the wrong item, we apologise! Please let us know within 7 days and we will organise a free return and we will resend the correct item to you ASAP. Products must be in their original, unused condition and in the original box and packaging.
